Keeping Your Will Safe

  • It would be a good idea to give a copy of the Will to your Executor
  • You should tell a close friend or relative where the Will is stored
  • We are able to store the Will during your lifetime using the Society Of Will Writer’s document storage facility
  • You could keep it at home in a safe place with other important documents, or use the offices of a bank or solicitor

Whatever method you choose, it is important to keep a copy at home if the original is located away from home, and not to attach other documents to it using staples or clips and pins
